I was inspired when talking to a friend of mine about how delicious brussels sprouts can be. I saw them on sale this week and decided to try to make some.

GF Brussel Sprouts

1 lb fresh brussels sprouts
3-4 Tbsp olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper

Slice off the ends of each sprout and remove any loose leaves. Place in a metal baking pan where they can all lay individually. Drizzle olive oil over them and then toss in the pan to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake at 400* for 40 minutes- or until tender and browned. While cooking, gently and frequently toss the sprouts and reapply salt.
