I received this intriguing recipe from good friends of ours – Jeff and Rachel! They are fantastic!

GF Fancy Brussels Sprouts

1 lb. Brussels sprouts, slice off stem
Steam with sliced onion and garlic (10 – 15 min)

Side Mixture:
2 Tbsp Spicy brown Mustard
Splash of GF Balsamic Vinegar
Splash of Lemon Juice
Pinch of Sea Salt
Black Pepper

Pull sprouts out of steamer and dump into mixture. Stir to get all sprouts coated.

Place into frying pan with Hot Olive oil for 5 min or so stirring frequently. Add cooked some chopped bacon while frying.
