Smoked sausage makes for a very quick meal. I used Hilshire Farm All Beef Smoked Sausage (but any GF smoked sausage would do).
I slice the sausage into 1/6 inch slices and place in a large casserole dish. Preheat the oven to 425* and then pour BBQ (again make sure you are using GF) over the sliced sausage. Stir it to coat them evenly. Bake for 30 minutes.
I served with canned corn and Annie’s GF Mac and Cheese.
